If I delete the photos on my iPhone after doing iCloud backup, does it delete them from my iCloud too? If not, how would I pull them back up in the future once they’re deleted from my phone?
iCloud backups are for disaster recovery, not long term storage. Each backup overwrites the previous backup.
If you back it up, then delete them from your phone, after a few more backups, the backup that contained those photos will no longer exist.
