Four years ago I needed more storage for photos. I purchased iCloud+ with 50 GB storage.
Now, computer tells me I need more storage. So I added $!.99 / month thinking that would replace the .99. But it hasn't, it is a total of $3.00 / month now. How do I contact Apple to resolve this?

Bith of my daughters have twice the amount of photos on their phones than I do and neither of them pay extra per month. Just doesn’t make sense
