FaceTime and iMessage

My FaceTime and iMessage are not working since I have been using with my another number now I tried to change with my Apple id. It posted me to wait till 24 hrs and even after waiting more than a day I got an error the activation was unsuccessful.

iPhone XR, iOS 15
