Hi, I just purchased the iPhone 13 and paired with my Apple Watch in the store. When I got home, my watch is no longer showing up in my bluetooth devices nor can I detect any devices under bluetooth settings. Am I missing something? Or should I go back to the store?

Yes I can see my watch and use it. It will not ring when I get calls on my phone and I can't change the watch face from my iPhone.
Sounds like it is connected to a different phone.
If it is not connected to a phone at all you will not be able to see the time
