Let me start by saying that I know that messing with the library folder on macOS isn't recommended, but I know what I am doing. I am wanting to change the permissions for the system library folders, but haven't been able to figure out how to do so. I turned off Gatekeeper and SIP, so that shouldn't be a problem. I am able to access the individual user library now, but not the system one. How can I make it so I have access?

Starting in Big Sur macOS 11 and again in Monterey macOS 12 , the Operating System is on a Volume that is Sealed and Read Only
