No. You will have to pay the difference in cost between the value of your iPhone X and the new phone. Looks like your iPhone X would be worth up to about $170

No. You can trade-in your iPhone X for some amount of credit you can use to buy a new iPhone and pay the difference. The new iPhone will not be free.
