You might try this - Force restart iPhone - Apple Support or If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

I often find a hard boot fixes a number of issues regardless of device or OS. is your phone fully charged? Connecting to power as you do these steps may be necessary if you’re having battery issues.
