Hello. How can I mute my applewatch but still keep all the sounds on my iphone. If I mute my watch now, then I get no notifications with audio, on my phone, only ringtone. and if I have sound on the watch, both my watch and phone ring at the same time as sound on.

Notifications will only go to your iPhone when your watch is locked or if your iPhone is unlocked.
You can mute your watch turning on silent mode, but if your iPhone is not unlocked you'll get no sound notifications as they will go to your watch
