iPhone 11 - my wife's. After dialling a call she moved to another screen but was then unable to get back to the screen for the ongoing call so she could not switch to the speaker or enter requested option numbers for the call. She couldn't even hang up.
How does she re-access the current phone call?
Surely it should not be this difficult.
