sim card not support

I purchased iphone 11 and when insert sim card this message appear


SIM Not Supported

The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone

is from a service provider that is not supported under the

activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation

server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please

insert another SIM card from a supported service provider or

request that this iPhone be unlocked by your service

provider. Please contact Apple for more information.

You need to contact the original Carrier / service provider, where the iPhone was purchased. The original Carrier is the one that can unlock the iPhone.


👉 Apple can't unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier. Only your carrier can unlock your iPhone.
