Is it possible to downgrade iPhone 7 running iOS 15.4.1 to iOS14 or 13

Hi, is it possible to downgrade an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.4.1 to iOS14 or 13?

I don't really care about losing data, I need to run an older version to be able to run an old application that is no longer supported in newer iOS versions.
