Downgrade IOS 14 to IOS 13

Is there any safe and reliable way to downgrade from one version IOS to a lower version? I have an Iphone 6s and it has the latest IOS software installed, but since this update the phone is super slow and battery life is non existing. Battery health is 100% (was replaced a month ago). Phone gets warm and has glitches all of a sudden.

downgrade ios Is there any way how to downgrade IOS on my Iphone 11 Pro from 14.6 to the older version? I have an app that doesn't;t work on the new version and I would love to retrieve some data there and get back to the new version after it. This way all my data is lost :(

Sorry but you can't go back to a previous iOS version.
