Re-download the app from the app store.
But if you’ve deleted an old version of the app and the newer version of the app requires a more recent iPhone and newer iOS, you can’t.
Your options then are a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone.
Any recent models of which will be substantially more capable than an iPhone 5s.
