Newly Bought Apple Watch7 series not turning ON

Guys, Help me out with this please. newly opened watch 7 on charging since almost 1 hour. not displaying anything, not showing if its charging or not. tried hard restart as well. different charger don't see anything on back of the watch blocking it. what else can be done ???
