I am having issues with installing the apple fitness app on my IPhone not the + version just the regular app despite having a second GEN SE . It always just says
(This app requires specific features not available on this device ) . So my question is what does this mean, and can I at all fix this ? Thank you.

Just to confirm, when you say the regular app, which app are you referring to?
There is only one Apple Fitness app and that includes Fitness+. You can find information about that here: Devices you can use with Apple Fitness+ - Apple Support
There is another app called Workout that is only for the Apple Watch. You can learn more about that app here: Use the Workout app on your Apple Watch – Apple Support
The Fitness app has a black background with a red, green, and blue circle on it. The workout app is a green circle with what looks like a stick person running in it.

Thank you. And to answer your question I meant the apple fitness app non plus version . I’m just not able to install the app from the App Store. I was just wondering if you need a Apple Watch to install the app . And if not why is it saying
(This app requires specific features not available on this device). Despite having an iPhone SE witch from my research I should able to install the app.

You are thinking correctly, you do need an Apple Watch in order to use the Fitness app. Data for Stand, Move and Exercise come from the Apple Watch.
