Wanting to change Apple ID but not losing data

My iTunes account has my iPhone, my mothers and my fathers. I have iCloud turned off as well as other things as I have had the problem of our phones receiving phone call/messages from one of the other phones. I now really want to use iCloud as a security to not lose my photos again and would like to create them a seperate iTunes account. The only thing I don’t know how/ if it’s possible is if they can keep all there photos, notes, contacts, apps if switching to a new Apple ID. Please let me know how to achieve this.

I have the same issue. This response doesn't really answer the question.

If I set my wife up with her own Apple ID, remove her phone from my Apple ID, sign the phone into her new Apple ID, will she lose all her photos, contacts, etc?

If so, can I restore all of that data from the most recent backup?

Yeah it really doesn’t answer the question.

No one can really guarantee me anything through calling Apple.

im going to back the phone up one the current Apple ID on a computer to be safe. Then log out on the device and log into new Apple ID. If something happens I’ve at least backed it up and I can log back in and restore to original ID.
