How can I get Safari back on my iphone 11?

The Safari app is not one of the apps that can be deleted but it can be removed from the home screen. Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.

Safari can’t be deleted so if you swipe down to the search menu (or if on IOS 16 press the search button) then type safari then hold and drag on to your Home Screen
