available icloud backup space
My icloud shows that I have 2.25GB space available, however when I try to back up my new iphone to the cloud, it says I do not have enough space available. Any suggestions?

To determine if you have enough space to back up to iCloud, begin by checking the next backup size using the steps found here, under the heading titled, "Check your iCloud storage and Next Backup Size in iOS or iPadOS":
