Apple ID account error in Home app for HomePods

Has a resolution been found for this Account ID disconnection? I can’t control any accessories via Siri on my original HomePods due to this issue. My HomePod minis work just fine.

Hi!

So I've had this issue. I had multiple apple ID's on my phone. (Main apple id and apple mail setup under mail)

The homepod has had issues with seeing two apple ids on the phone.

My recommendation would be to go into the home app, and go into settings. Sign out of the apple music.

Restart the home pod, verify you only have one apple ID on the phone, and then re sign into apple music.

When I did this, my homepods started working again.
