Smart playlist not syncing from MacBook to iPhone in Apple Music

I've created a smart playlist with 3 simple rules on my MacBook. It will not sync over to my iPhone. I have updated both systems and plugged in my phone. All the songs are available in Apple Music. How do I get my playlist to sync to my phone? Thanks.

Let me guess, one of the simple rules refers to another playlist. Smart playlists that depend on other lists are ineligible for iCloud Music Library.
