I just purchased a new Mac Mini and want to set up an appointment to bring it in to the Chandler AZ store with my iMac and have the transfer of data to the new machine. I can't seem to find that option on Apple.com

You could call but it is easy to transfer the data. Make a Time Machine backup of your old Mac then attach to new Mac and turn on and follow the migration instructions or just follow this:
