Deleted app still appears in iPhone storage

I deleted an app yet it still appears in the iPhone storage. I deleted the app by going into settings then general, and then iPhone storage. This happens mostly with the Apple Music app. And this is an old bug. Any way to fix it? How to let go of it completely?? This is quite irritating. I tried deleteing it multiple times but nothing happens. Is it because it's taking data from iCloud?

And before anyone say this - Yes! I did "force restart" the phone but still the same.

I am running IOS 15.5. I like to keep my IOS up-to-date. Still the same. No result.

Even Apple advisors are not able to figure it out. Shame on Apple for having such bugs. Apple has been making IOS for more than 10 yrs now, It's hard to believe Apple has such ridiculous bugs in their software. I was subscribed to apple music and the size it used to show was ridiculous. I have spent months following up on the same issue with a senior advisor, yet no success.
