apple tv blinking light

My Apple TV light continues blinking and there is no picture. I've unplugged the power cable, switched the HDMI cable, held the Home button and Menu down together for longer than recommended and I still can get the machine to reboot.

Apple tv 4K not working Apple TV 4k not starting as soon as i plug in the power cable it slowly blink for 10 seconds then the light start blinking very fast. i watched so many videos on how to restart it and could not get it fixed. some videos recommended that i plug it in mac book via USB or HDMI. i'm not sure at this time if the unit is dead and need replacement. any tips or advise is very much appreciated. thank you, kattanw.

Apple TV Blinking Light I noticed a blinking light on my Apple TV tonight. I tried to turn it on, but it wouldn’t come on. Then I tried unplugging it, leaving it off for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. I can’t reboot it because it won’t come on. The box is the latest model and less than a year old? How do I get it to work?

For Apple TV 4K model, you will need the assistance of Apple. Users can’t restore this model themselves externally.
