I can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app. I played the first episode of a series but the following episodes won’t play.

Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app, with an Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription.
(Some shows may have one or two episodes free to watch, but require signing in to watch more.)
