Will my battery health reduce when i restore my phone from another backup?

I want to restore a backup of another iphone in my iphone but my iphone version is 13.5.1 but the other iphone is 13.4.2 now if by this downgrade my battery health will change or not ?

since my battery is not working well but the battery health on my phone didn’t changed.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 15

It shouldn't. Battery health is periodically saved and stored on a diagnostic board in the battery itself, and is independent of the operating system. Besides that, there's no means to "deprecate" iOS. It would only copy data and can't roll back the version of iOS.
