Can't find my IMEI number in my settings on my ipad? I checked in the "about" section of the settings but it's not there, so I was wondering where else can i get it from

What is the model number of your iPad?
The IMEI number would only be in the About section if your iPad is a cellular model. Wi-Fi only models do not have IMEI numbers.

The A2197 model corresponds to a Wi-Fi only 7th Generation iPad. It cannot be used with cellular services directly since it lacks any kind of cellular hardware.
You would need a Cellular model, A2198 or A2200 to be able to add cellular services to it.
