Apple tv rewinds by itself and menu button does not work

Hi, I have a very strange problem:

• everything rewinds itself. From every app, apple apps and third party apps.
• it rewinds even while I stream a video from another apple device.
• the menu/back button does not work. Not from the remote and not from te digital one on other apple devices.

Everything is up to date. I did a reset, with and without using an apple ID/backup, Wifi and cable internet, and I even bought a new Apple TV. Same problem.

what is the problem? I really don’t know what to do 😭
