Lost iPhone was “found” and claimed to have all my info from a 616 number.

My iPhone as lost in January and input as lost. Every time I go to look at the lost my iPhone it’s out of lost mode. Then I noticed it says it’s in China so I requested an erase. Fast forward to May and I received all of these weird text messages. Asking if I sold or traded my phone and forgot to log out. That they have access to all of m photos (40k) and passwords and financial info etc etc. and are going to sell on black web to criminals.
