iPhone not received texts from android
Not receiving texts from non iphone users, checked message settings, reset network settings and still not working. Anyone else having this issue?

Did you check Settings -> Messages -> Filter Unknown Senders - make sure this option is off.
You can also try the steps listed in If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Also try:
- Turning off iMessage under Settings -> Messages
- Restart your iPhone
- Turn on iMessage under Settings -> Messages
