Decreasing battery health

I have a Iphone 12 mini 128gb variant a week ago my battery health was 99% but idk how I am noticing every 3 days after its decreased by 2% and its 95% currently. I am really taking care of it like not charging when the phone is heated or not even over charging it. Should I visit service center?
