Watch backup not showing up on new phone

I recently got a new iPhone and tried to pair my watch with the new phone after inspiring it from the old one.


When I pair it to the new phone, the most recent back up shows from May 2021 but when I repair it to my old phone, the correct back up from 10:17 this morning shows up.


How do I get the back up from 10:17 today to show up on my new phone so I can pair my watch and use it with the new one?
