I have Mac mid 2011 High Sierra and I cannot upgrade to Mojave,why?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

Mojave and newer require a Metal-capable graphics card. Except for the 2010 desktop Mac Pro, a pre-2012 Mac won't have it.
