My wifi button on my phone is greyed out like the wifi button in my settings won’t work

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

I have the same issue in iphone X. My Bluetooth was working when wifi button greyed out. I updated my software to ios 15.5 through itunes but after that my bluetooth button keeps loading. Now both wifi and bluetooth are disabled.
