How do I transfer files from my iPhone to my laptop? I only see iTunes U and iTunes Store on my phone. When I go to App Store I only see music stuff

What files? Files that you store in the files app are available to you to transfer. Some third-party apps also allow transfer from phone to computer. Connect your device and open iTunes. Then, select the device in iTunes for the device menu to appear. Look for files.
