Can I update my MacBook Air 2013 from 10.13 to 10.15?

I have a Macbook Air 2013, running OS 10.13 and I need to install citrix, but Citrix needs OS10.15. Can I update from 10.13 to 10.15

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and then on the download link for Catalina or Big Sur.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To look other programs up, click here.
