FaceTime & WiFi

Hello, My iPhone did the most current automatic update 24 hrs ago and now I am unable to FaceTime unless connected to WiFi?! I have always been able to use this feature w/o WiFi in the past. Any Suggestions?

FaceTime requires WiFi?? Why is my iPhone 7 requiring a WiFi connection for FaceTime? I have unlimited data. I have used FaceTime in the past with out WiFi.

facetime when im using facetime with both wifi and mobile data turned on, it will only use my data instead of wifi. if i turn data off the facetime then won’t work? i’m on the latest ios and have iphone 12 if that helps

Settings, Cellular (or Mobile data)

Look at the list of apps and ensure Face time is on.
