Refund / Returm

I did a refund/return via shipping. The tracking status with Fedex shows the package was delivered at the apple facility for a few days now. However, apple return status shows that the package is still with the carrier. How long does the process usually take?

When the FedEx driver fails to scan the item, it is never marked as delivered (that happened to me).


The only thing you can do is ask:
