I cannot remember names easily and I've forgotten the name for this screen. On my old Macbook Pro there was a function button I could press to get it but on my new (2020) Macbook Pro there is none. Since I cannot remember the name of this screen I cannot search for the shortcut on my new mac. Please someone help as this is soooooo frustrating for me!!

Launchpad.
The icon has changed to a different design than it used to be. See the following from Use Launchpad on your Mac - Apple Support
If it isn't in your Dock you can add it by opening Finder, use the Finder "Go" menu to go to the Applications folder and then drag Launchpad app from there to the Dock.

Thanks. I've just been into System Preferences and Trackpad and added the three finger gesture to get to it. It must have been un-ticked by default I think. All OK now, reply much appreciated, frustration over 🙂
