Can you set a heart rate alarm on Apple Watch?

Can you set a heart rate alarm for when you are working? It appears that you can only set one to go off it it jumps up suddenly. Thank you. Dave.

I read about that type of alarm. That's not what I'm looking for. That only works if there is an unexpected jump in heart rate. I want something that alerts you every time you reach a certain Heart rate level. Apparently you can't set that up. At least not through Apple. Thanks.
