Microsoft Teams stopped working on Monterey 12.3.1
Teams no longer will load through the App unless I change my browser from Safari to Chrome.
Any advice - tried deleting and reinstalling Teams?

You might want to pose this question to the developer. The developers are responsible for making their app work with Apple's OS, not he other way around.

I’ve asked Microsoft, apparently it’s a known problem and they’re working on it
