My bank cancel my card that was linked to my iCloud payments due to fraud and now I can’t update my new card information on my iPhone since it seems it tried to take the payment for this month and it couldn’t go through. Please advice

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
