Apple typically does not repair liquid damaged phones. However, at this point, you should make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.

If the phone is to be replaced, the cost will depend if you elected to purchase an AppleCare+ plan with it ... and that plan is still active.

Retailers typically have devices that are meant to get water out of mobile devices. Ask the store what the price is to use it.
