where are my apps located in icloud

Apps are not stored in iCloud. If you deleted an app and want to install it again, go to the App Store and search for it or open the App Store app, tap your circular user icon at the top right of the screen, tap "Purchased" and then tap "Not on this iPhone" and then tap the download icon beside the app name.
