Unable to access funds on iTunes account

I have funds on my iTunes account but any attempt to use those fund for an in game purchase results in an error message…..anyone with a solution.

iPad Air 2, iOS 12

Hello ~ What is the error message ? Is iTunes disabled? In the meantime take a look here:

If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App ...
