I have bought the macbook pro with install payment. each month I got install payment bill as $242.57. but the real install payment credit I got on my remending balance is 241.58. There is $0.99 difference.
try to understand what is this differece coming from?

You'll have to talk to the Financing Institution. If it's like other loans I'm familiar with your original amount was an estimate based on the day you applied for the loan. When it was actually calculated and finalized, a little later, the amount was a tad different.

The problem is that what I really paid is different from the amount that my balance get reduced. Not a big deal, just try to understand if there is a fee get involved
Well, the problem is that we are all end users like you - we do not work for Apple and do not have access to accounts. Asking the source would yield much better results.
