My new iMac will not turn on after all the suggested solutions.

My new iMac will not power on even after all the suggested solutions. All the electric power has been determined to be working.

iMac 24″, macOS 12.2

When you say "it will not turn on" does that mean it has no audio or visual at all and no noise can be heard? IF that is correct, please call AppleCare now. To find the correct phone number in your area, please click AppleCare Contact Info

Make an appointment at your nearest Apple Store for a visit to the Genius Bar. If you can't find your iMac serial number look under the baseplate of the stand.

I can hold the power button on the back of my iMac for 10 seconds and the screen shows 2 symbols: Macintosh & Options. At the bottom of the screen it shows Shut Down and Restart. I cannot move the mouse of keyboard. The iMac is 2 months old. I did cut the power to the iMac while it was still on (hit power bar by mistake). Thx
