how do i move my apps in app library to a different folder in the app library
how do i rearrange my apps in my app library i want to move a app to a different folder but it won’t let me.

While it's possible to arrange apps on your Home Screen, this feature is not available for the App Library. Apps are automatically sorted in the App Library. You can read more about using this feature in Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone.
