I requested refund for my purchase and got the answers from apple, it has been refund but I haven’t received it.
Also, I checked my account and showed apple purchased on 7th of April.
I don’t know where should I contact because on refund service, there’s no app what I requested refund it.

All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

So according to Ferd’s post, should I wait within 30days? Then if I don’t get back where should I contact?
Also, based the original charge It made payment on 5th of April and purchased on 7th of April. That situation made more completed
When you receive a message from Apple saying it has been refunded, that is the day that the credit was sent to your bank. What happens after that is entirely controlled by your bank. If you have online access to your account at your bank you should see the credit within a few days. Most banks don’t credit your account immediately; for one, they will only credit on a business day, then, they will usually wait a few days to get interest on the refund. If you are waiting for your bank statement that might be 30 days.
I checked the status of refund then showed has been refund but I couldn’t get back also I don’t understand.
