my i watch is not picking the latest restored data
how to restore data on new watch so that it shows my past activities

All your fitness and health data is stored in your last phone backup in icloud,when you pair your new watch to the phone restore it with this backup.But remember to unpair your old watch from your phone in the watch app before you pair your new watch.
