restore from iCloud is not working

just picked up my replacement iPad

now I am trying to restore from iCloud

it is now not doing it

it is taking already 4 hours to give me a astimation on how long it will take at one point it said 7 days

what do I need to do

I would restart the device and start all over again. If that fails, reboot your router, restart your device and try again. If that fails, try another WiFi network.
